21 Seconds Racing
Many people around the world have heard of thoroughbred racing and the Kentucky Derby, but not so many have heard about the sport of American quarter horse racing. My name is Colt White and I will mainly talk about the big stakes races going on throughout the busy racing year as well as my picks for those races. The name 21 seconds comes from the fact that the classic quarter horse distance is 440 yards and on average quarter horses cover that quarter mile distance in about 21 seconds. Lots of trials were contested over the weekend I’ll have the qualifiers for all those events as well as my picks for Ruidoso and Canterbury Park coming up. I was joined in the show by Antonio Alberto and Oscar Andrade Jr a couple of jockeys who had great weekends. Antonio qualified 2 to the Lee Berwick Futurity and Oscar qualified the third fastest qualifier to the Golden State Derby.

A lot of Qualifiers to go over from this past week. It’s also Mr Jet Moore Stakes weekend at Ruidoso Downs which features a nice field of older horses including Apocalyptical Jess the 2018 All American Futurity winner for a $40,000 purse. I was also joined by Brenda Reiswig and Paul Luedemann owners from up north who each qualified several horses at Canterbury Park this week. Hope you all enjoy!
